Student Writing Challenge

From now until January 29, 2010, students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 are invited to create a piece of writing that captures the spirit of what the Olympics means to them.  Winners of the writing challenge will receive a prize package and an opportunity to read their submission live on Country 107.1 FM.  For more information and to download an entry form, see the 'Quicklinks' section on the right.

Community Group Challenge

Help us celebrate the Olympic spirit by cheering on the runners as the torch comes through Mission. Non profit community groups are encouraged to gather the most amount of people possible and bring them out on Monday February 8, 2010.  A $500 cash prize will be awarded to the community group with the largest cheering section.  For more information and to download an entry form, see the 'Quicklinks' section on the right.
