Overview
Hemlock Valley is a small rustic resort that offers residents of the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver area an alternative to the busier mountain resorts. This full season resort is known for its amazing amount of snow!
Hemlock offers four ski lifts, thirty four runs and over 300 acres of skiable terrain. The majority of the trails at Hemlock are ‘blue’ and are perfect for a weekend of family skiing. The resort also offers intermediate skiers and boarders black diamond runs making Hemlock Resort an excellent choice for all skill levels.
Other winter activities at Hemlock include snow tubing, a snowboard half pipe, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. The Slopeside Snow Tube Park is a hike up, tube down area which is great for the whole family.
Location
Hemlock Valley Resort is located 50 km’s east of Mission. To access the mountain, head east from Mission on the Lougheed Highway (#7) east 30 km’s, turn left on Morris Valley Road. Head north on Morris Valley Road for 7 km’s then take a slight left onto Hemlock Valley Road. Proceed approximately 13 km’s to the resort.
* All vehicles traveling here in the winter are required to carry tire cables or chains due to changing road conditions.
