Conceptual plans for Mission’s Waterfront were presented to the public in 2006. Since then staff have been working to securefunds to undertake more detailed planning for the area.  The municipality will be consulting with property owners and residents over the next 18 months as they begin the long term planning for the waterfront. New developments in the area have begun with a $700,000 Spirit Square to be completed by May 2010.
