Walking regularly is one of the easiest ways to get the recommended 30-60 minutes of daily physical activity needed to ensure good health. The Walk Mission Program will help make that goal more attainable by offering FREE walks throughout the year led by certified fitness staff that aim to keep you moving and motivated!
Walks are held on Tuesday evenings from 6pm – 7pm, and Saturday mornings from 10am – 11am. Distances will be 3-3.5km (50-60 mins). Please arrive 5 mins early at the designated meeting spot.
