Walking regularly is one of the easiest ways to get the recommended 30-60 minutes of daily physical activity needed to ensure good health. The Walk Mission Program will help make that goal more attainable by offering FREE walks throughout the year led by certified fitness staff that aim to keep you moving and motivated!
Our spring/summer 2017 series walks are held on select Sundays from 9-10am. Distances will be 3-3.5km (50-60 mins). Please arrive 5 mins early at the designated meeting spot.
