RFP 2012-005 Logging in Mission TFL 26
Description
The District of Mission invites Proposals from qualified and competent Proponents for logging approximately 15,000-24,000 m³ of timber located in four settings within Mission TFL 26. The logging is contingent on the District obtaining a cutting permit from the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations (MFLNRO). Staff is currently working on obtaining the permit, and anticipates having it in place in June. The contract will be a fixed unit price contract (per m³) for the actual volume of logs harvested and delivered. There are insurance and other contractor requirements that are disclosed in the RFP documents.
Addendum 1 uploaded on April 18, 2012 relating to the drawings contained in the RFP document.
Addendum 2 issued on May 8, 2012 changes the closing date and time to May 30, 2012 at 3:00pm local time.
Addendum 3 issued on May 17, 2012 changes the closing date and time to June 13, 2012 at 3:00pm local time.
