The District of Mission has recently purchased a 4.7-acre parcel of land on St Anthony Way for wetland conservation and future park purposes using funds from the Parkland Acquisition Reserve.
A long-awaited planning process for Mission’s waterfront that will chart the future transformation of this area is slated to begin February 2021.
The District of Mission will be re-opening the pool at the Leisure Centre starting December 8, with strict COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
