LOCATION: Mission Way and London Avenue

DESCRIPTION: The industrial park has 1,200 to 3,500+ sq ft. available for leasing opportunities. Set in a central location, with easy access to Highways 7 and 11 and approximately 15 minutes from the US Border. Much of the zoning allows for light impact industry, warehouse, office use and accessory retail.

Silver Creek Industrial Park

LOCATION: 31500 Lougheed Highway

DESCRIPTION: The Silver Creek Industrial Park is located on the Lougheed Highway just west of downtown Mission. The site is approximately an hour travel time from downtown Vancouver and approximately fifteen minutes to the US Border. The 39.8 acre site has highway frontage and is zoned INBP1 (Industrial Business Park).
