Youth Fire Academy

Students selected for the spring break Youth Fire Academy will have the opportunity to participate in basic firefighting techniques, auto extrication, certification in CPR, fire extinguisher use, and live fire and physical training. Participants are selected from the secondary school program and screened by school and Fire Department personnel. We are looking for enthusiastic youth who show a willingness to learn and have fun.  If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply through your school.
