Notice Is Given under Section 467 of the Local Government Act that Council has waived the holding of public hearing respecting the following proposed bylaw and considers the proposed bylaw to be consistent with the “District of Mission Official Community Plan Bylaw 5670-2017” as per the conditions established by Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act.

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property 32040 Lougheed Highway (shown on the maps below), from the Commercial Highway Two (CH2) Zone to the Commercial Vehicle Dealership (CVD) Zone to facilitate a commercial automobile dealership.
