House Demolition at 32921 Dewdney Trunk Road
The house on District-owned property at 32921 Dewdney Trunk Road will be demolished at an estimated cost of $40,000.
The property was purchased in 2000 for the potential development of a storm water detention pond. The house on the property is dilapidated and would require significant costly repairs to make it safe for occupation.
A final determination of whether the property will be sold or used as a future detention pond will be made after the completion of the Drainage Master Plan in 2018.
