Mission Public Schools Annual Youth Transition Fair

On March 9, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, our school district is hosting our second Mission Youth Transition Fair (the first since the pandemic), at École Mission Senior Secondary School. The goal of this fair is to provide students, families, and educators with information about community supports and services as they transition from middle to high school and high school into adulthood. We have received a heartwarming response and commitment from over 30 community partners and government agencies that play a key role in supporting the successful transition of our youth. Families, caregivers, and education staff greatly appreciate this heartfelt community support.
We have both non-Indigenous and Indigenous organizations providing information on topics such as financial security, post-secondary education, employment, safety in the home and community, health and wellness, and relationship building.
Promote Your Event
Our Community Events calendar is available for the promotion of community-hosted events, as long as they are free, take place in Mission, appeal to a broad range of Mission residents, are non-partisan, non-racist, and support the City’s greater goals, policies, and bylaws.
