Walking Regularly is one of the easiest ways to get the recommended 30-60 minutes of daily physicial activity needed to ensure good health. The Walk Mission Program will help make that goal more attainable by offering FREE walks throughout the season led by certified fitness staff that aim to keep you moving and motivated!
Walks will take participants through various neighbourhoods in Mission. With ups and downs built into Mission’s natural topography, you’re guaranteed a good burn!
Our Walks are 50-60 minutes long, with approximately 3-3.5 km distances. Stroller and Dog Friendly! Dogs must be kept on leash at all times, well socialized and don’t forget a doggy bag!
