The Parks, Recreation and Culture department is excited to offer virtual fitness classes. Fitness Instructor Cheryl will be leading a BollyX 30 minute class on Tuesdays at 5:30pm, A Stretch & Strength 40 minute class on Wednesdays at 7:00pm and a Strong30 HIIT class on Thursdays at 9:30am.

All classes are livestream through Zoom. The links are included below. To join, just click on the link 5 minutes before the class will start. You do not need any equipment, just a clear space to move around. Cheryl encourages you to wear runners. If you are not wearing shoes, please do not jump. Also make sure you’ve got some water nearby. Before participating in physical activity it is always recommended to take the ParQ for your health and safety. The physical activity readiness questionnaire can be viewed online here.

Please note: The meeting will begin 5 minutes before the class starts. When you log in you will be placed in a Waiting Room and you will need to be admitted to the class. This feature allows us to monitor for any unwanted visitors. Please be logged into the waiting room before class starts. If you log in after the class starts we may not be able to admit you from the waiting room. Also, please make your screen name is clear as to who you are. If you prefer to be more anonymous, no problem, just send Cheryl an email and let her know, so she can let you in the class.
