Mission STRONG is a 4 week youth fitness challenge that aims to get youth active! With a STRONG training pass and an obstacle course to train for on Oct 26, the motivation couldn’t be greater!
Mission STRONG Kids (9-12 yrs), Mission STRONG Youth (13-16 yrs)
$30 Registration fee includes a STRONG pass that allows you access to:
- Public Swimming
- Open Gym Times
- Public Skates
- Weight Room (13+, Mon-Fri 3-5pm & Sat-Sun 12-5pm)
- Mission STRONG fitness classes
- Mission STRONG t-shirt
- October 26 Obstacle Course, 2pm held at Fraser River Heritage Park
- Prizes and more!
Training Period – STRONG Class schedule – Oct 1 – Oct 24:
Mission STRONG Kids (9-12 yrs) – Tues & Thurs 3:30-4:15pm
Mission STRONG Youth (13-16 yrs) – Tues 4:30-5:15pm – Youth SYNRGY & Thurs 4:30-5:15pm – Youth Fitness
