Stay Connected

There are many ways to stay in touch with your local government and keep informed on important issues and topics. From news releases, to our social media channels, to Council highlights. Join the dialogue and help us make Mission an even better place to be.

 In the Newspaper

The District of Mission publishes a biweekly “District Update” on Fridays in the Mission Record. You can also find advertisements in the Record about public hearings, information sessions, and Town Hall Forums each week.

You can connect with us anywhere your mobile device takes you. The official social media channels for the District of Mission include:

Twitter-icon.jpg Twitter: Follow us on Twitter @Mission_BC and spread the word about Mission events, news, and more.

FaceBook_icon.jpg Facebook: Like us on Facebook DistrictofMission to join the discussion about the top stories in the District.

youtubeicon YouTube: Follow our channel to watch all the latest videos related to our community.

Can’t join us at Municipal Hall? Council meetings are broadcast live on the internet directly from our web site. Unedited recordings of these meetings are usually posted to our web site the day after the meeting is held. It’s also very convenient for viewers who only want to watch a portion of the meeting, as the video is indexed to the agenda package so that you can watch whichever items are of most interest to you.
