It is the responsibility of the owner/agent to request inspections through the District of Mission Building Department. Every effort is made to carry out inspections as quickly as possible, but 24 hours notice is required in order for inspections to be properly scheduled.
Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. A 24 hour phone service is available for booking inspections at 604-820-3740.
Requests for inspections must include:
- the civic address
- permit number
- type of inspections
- contact name and phone number
- day on which you would like the inspection
- morning or afternoon preference
