Mission Industrial Park
LOCATION: Mission Way and London Avenue
DESCRIPTION: The industrial park has 10,000 to 80,000 sq ft. available for leasing opportunities. Set in a central location, with easy access to Highways 7 and 11 and approximately 15 minutes from the US Border. Much of the zoning allows for light impact industry, warehouse, office use and accessory retail.
Silver Creek Industrial Park
LOCATION: 31500 Lougheed Highway
DESCRIPTION: Owned by Solterra Development Corporation, the Silver Creek Industrial Park is located on the Lougheed Highway just west of downtown Mission. The site is approximately an hour travel time from downtown Vancouver and approximately fifteen minutes to the US Border. The 39.8 acre site has highway and rail frontage of approximately 1,300 feet and Fraser River frontage of approximately 1,400 feet (with foreshore rights). The site is zoned M-10 (Industrial Business Park Zone).
OPPORTUNITIES: There are units available for sale or lease ranging from 3060 sq ft to 6370 sq ft.
LOCATION: Railway Avenue, 1st-3rd Avenue
DESCRIPTION: Downtown Mission offers some of the more affordable investment opportunities.
