Agendas, Minutes, and Webcasts

Safety protocols are now in place for Public Hearings during COVID-19.

Regular Council meetings, including Committee of the Whole, and Public Hearings are held on the first and third Monday of every month, commencing at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Hall.

These regular meetings include Committee of the Whole meetings, and Public Hearings when applicable.

The Committee of the Whole is just a committee of the Council members that exists to discuss and debate all matters of municipal business in a less formal structure.  The Committee of the Whole does not have the authority to make decisions.  It receives and reviews information, usually in the form of a staff report, and then moves “recommendations” to Council.  When the Committee “resolves to rise and report”, they become the decision-making Council again and then decide whether or not to adopt the recommendations.

Agendas are also provided along with the Council Meeting Webcast and recordings of previous meetings.
