Effective July 18, 2019
- All residential Building Permit applications will have to include the sealed sprinkler drawings and schedules.
- All Building Permit applications must provide separate structural and architectural drawings. The Building Official may waive this requirement for small projects
Failure to comply with these new requirements may result in staff not accepting your Building Permit application.
These changes will increase plan review efficiency and allow building permits to be issued in a timely fashion.
Pursuant to Requirement #1 above, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Multifamily building permits must provide:
- Sealed sprinkler drawings, calculations, and schedule B; or
- Schedule B for performance design only and written confirmation of a future sprinkler permit application
