The Public is invited to comment on proposed Cannabis Retail Store Applications for the subject properties listed below.
RC20-001 located at Unit 212 – 32530 Lougheed Highway
RC20-003 located at Unit 111 – 32423 Lougheed Highway
RC20-002 located at 32988 – 1st Avenue,
RC20-004 located at Unit 101 – 33025 – 1st Avenue, and
RC20-005 located at 33057 – 1st Avenue
It is anticipated that only one of the three properties identified by this notice would be approved due to the zoning bylaw requirement to have 150 metres between Cannabis Retail Stores.
All persons who believe their interest in property is affected by any of these proposals will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard by providing the District with written submissions. If you wish to provide a written submission it must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, June 19, 2020.
