The following properties will be subject to a Public Hearing on Monday, March 16, 2020 held in the Council Chambers at the District of Mission at 6:00 pm.
Item No. 1:
Bylaw: Zoning Amending Bylaw 5918-2020-5050(373)
Subject Land: 7607 Wren Street
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 7607 Wren Street (shown on the maps below) from the Urban Residential 558 (R558) Zone to the Urban Residential 558 Secondary Dwelling (R558s) Zone to allow a secondary dwelling use.

Bylaw: Zoning Amending Bylaw 5922-2020-5050(375)
Subject Land: 7632 Hurd Street
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 7632 Hurd Street (shown on the maps below) from the Urban Residential 558 (R558) Zone to the Multiple Family 52 Rowhouse (MR52) Zone to allow for a subsequent subdivision into three (3) rowhouse lots a minimum of 165 sq. m. (1,776 sq. ft.) lot size with one row house unit permitted on each lot.
Copies of the proposed bylaws and reports relevant to these bylaws may be inspected at the Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, from Friday, March 6, 2020 to Monday, March 16, 2020. The information is also available on our website at mission.ca by searching “Public Hearing Information”. At the Public Hearing, persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by these proposed bylaws will have the opportunity to be heard.
Should you have any comments or concerns you wish to convey to Council and you cannot attend the meeting, please submit in writing to the Corporate Officer by 4:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2020.
