A Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaws will take place on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 6:00 pm.  This hearing may be viewed and heard in person at Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, and on the City’s livestream webcast.  Any person who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

Participation in this Public Hearing can be done by:

Bylaws to be considered:

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6126-2022-5949(82) – File: R21-042

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 9086 Emiry Street (shown on the maps below) from the Suburban 20 (S20) Zone to Urban Compact 465 (UC465) Zone and Multi-unit Townhouse One (MT1) Zone to allow for 9 single family lots and 21-unit townhouse development.

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6128-2022-5949(83) – File: R22-003

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 12033 Campbell Street (shown on the maps below) from Rural 36 (RU36) Zone to Rural 16 Secondary Dwelling (RU16s) Zone to allow a 2-lot subdivision with a minimum 1.62 hectares (4 acres) lot size and a secondary dwelling unit permitted on each lot.

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6131-2022-5949(84) – File: R21-048

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 11707 Wilson Street (shown on the maps below) from the Rural 16 (RU16) Zone to Rural Residential 7 (RR7) Zone to allow for 2 single family lots each with a minimum lot size of 0.70 ha (1.73 ac).

Following the Public Hearing, Council shall not receive further information or submissions and may consider advancing bylaws forward for additional readings.
