ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6021-2021-5949(27)
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject properties located at Unaddressed property (PID: 009-341-510) and 32690 14th Avenue (shown on the maps below) from the Urban Residential 558 (R558) Zone to the Multi-unit Apartment One (MA1) Zone to allow the development of 103-unit apartment building with underground parking.
