Zoning Bylaw 5949-2020 - Housekeeping Amendments

The purpose of the Bylaw is to make housekeeping text amendments to certain sections to improve the language and make clarifications.

The purpose of the Bylaw is to discharge Land Use Contract No. 714-1978, and the related amending bylaw 3768-2005-3143(196), registered to the property located at 11546 Dewdney Trunk Road (shown on the maps below).

Further Information:

Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

Due to public health orders, the Public Hearing will be conducted virtually and live-streamed on the District’s website. The public may participate in the meeting via Zoom Webinar (visit hearings for details and instructions), or provide comments to Council in writing.

All written comments should include the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record.  All written submissions must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, February 19, 2021.

Copies of the proposed bylaws and reports relevant to these bylaws may be inspected at the Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, from Friday, February 5, 2021 to Monday, February 22, 2021.
