8121 & 8161 Nelson Street
ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6027-2021-5949(29) – File: R17-028
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject properties located at 8121 and 8161 Nelson Street (shown on the maps below) from the Rural 16 (RU16) Zone and Rural 16 Secondary Dwelling (RU16s) Zone to the Suburban 10 (S10) Zone to facilitate a subsequent subdivision for 17 bare land strata lots, with a minimum lot size of 0.1 ha (0.247 ac).

7621 Eider Street
ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6036-2021-5949(34) – File: R21-011
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 7621 Eider Street (shown on the maps below) from the Urban Residential 558 (R558) Zone to the Urban Residential 465 Secondary Dwelling (R465s) Zone to facilitate a subsequent 2-lot subdivision with lots a minimum 465.0 sq m (5,005 sq ft) lot size with a secondary dwelling unit permitted on each lot.

Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Due to public health orders, the Public Hearing will be conducted virtually and live-streamed on the District’s website. The public may participate in the meeting via Zoom Webinar (visit mission.ca/public hearings for details and instructions), or provide comments to Council in writing. All written comments should include the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record. All written submissions must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, July 2, 2021.
