ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6009-2021-5949(21)
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 32770 Fraser Crescent (shown on the maps below) from the Multi-unit Duplex (MD465) Zone to the Comprehensive Development 51 (CD-51) Zone to allow the development of 95 residential dwelling units and one commercial unit.

33582 10th Avenue and 7743 Stave Lake Street
OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN AMENDING BYLAW 6002-2020-5670(27)
The purpose of the Bylaw is to redesignate the subject property located at 33582 10th Avenue (shown on the maps below) from Urban Residential to Attached Multi-unit Residential to allow a multi-unit residential development.
ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6003-2020-5949(18)
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject properties located at 33582 10th Avenue and 7743 Stave Lake Street (shown on the maps below) from the Urban Residential 558 (R558) Zone and the Rural Residential 7 (RR7) Zone to the Multi-unit Apartment One (MA1) Zone to allow the development of three apartment buildings that will allow for 152 rental units.

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6017-2021-5949(25) – File: R20-017
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject properties located at 29317 & Lot 1 Dewdney Trunk Road (shown on the maps below) from the Rural 36 (RU36) Zone to the Rural Residential 7 (RR7) Zone to allow for an eleven-lot strata subdivision with a minimum 0.6 ha (1.5 ac) lot size.

Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
Due to public health orders, the Public Hearing will be conducted virtually and live-streamed on the District’s website. The public may participate in the meeting via Zoom Webinar (visit mission.ca/public hearings for details and instructions), or provide comments to Council in writing.
All written comments should include the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record. All written submissions must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, March 19, 2021.
