33929 Barker Court

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6013-2021-5949(22)

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the southern portion of the subject property located at 33929 Barker Court  (shown on the maps below) from the Rural Residential 7 (RR7) Zone to the Multi-unit Apartment One (MA1) Zone to allow the development of a 54 unit 4-storey apartment building; and, to amend Schedule C of Zoning Bylaw 5949-2020 to include the southern portion of 33929 Barker Court in the Density Bonus Map to permit density bonus negotiations for this site.

31887 Lougheed Highway

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6029-2021-5949(31) – File: ZBT21-001

The purpose of the Bylaw is to amend the Comprehensive Development CD41 (CD-41) Zone to reduced the minimum lot size and adjust permitted residential density to facilitate a 3-lot subdivision, allow a Gasoline Service Station use on one of the lots, and remove the Neighbourhood Public House and Casino/Community Gaming Centre permitted uses on the property located at 31887 Lougheed Highway (shown on the maps below).

33162 & 33164 - 3rd Avenue

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6033-2021-5949(33) – File: R19-042

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 33162 & 33164 3rd Avenue (shown on the maps below) from the Multi-unit Apartment Two Zone (MA2) to the Comprehensive Development 47 (CD-47) Zone to allow the development of a 33-unit, 5-storey apartment building.

Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Due to public health orders, the Public Hearing will be conducted virtually and live-streamed on the District’s website. The public may participate in the meeting via Zoom Webinar (visit mission.ca/public hearings for details and instructions), or provide comments to Council in writing. All written comments should include the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record.  All written submissions must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, May 21, 2021.
