NOTICE IS GIVEN under Section 467 of the Local Government Act that Council has waived the holding of public hearing respecting the following proposed bylaws and considers the proposed bylaws to be consistent with the “District of Mission Official Community Plan Bylaw 5670-2017” as per the conditions established by Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act.

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6040-2021-5949(36) – File: R21-006

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the property located at 32630 Judd Terrace (shown on the maps below) from the Suburban 20 (S20) Zone to the Suburban 20 Secondary Dwelling (S20s) Zone to allow for development of a secondary dwelling unit on the subject property.

ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6041-2021-5949(37) – File: R21-007

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the property located at 8526 Gaglardi Street (shown on the maps below) from the Suburban 20 (S20) Zone to the Suburban 20 Secondary Dwelling (S20s) Zone to allow for development of a secondary dwelling unit on the subject property.
