The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 34915 Dewdney Trunk Road (shown on the maps below) from the Urban Residential 930 (R930) Zone to the Urban Residential 930 Secondary Dwelling (R930s) Zone to allow for a secondary dwelling unit.
