Notice of Waived Public Hearing
NOTICE IS GIVEN under Section 467 of the Local Government Act that Council has waived the holding of public hearing respecting the following proposed bylaw and considers the proposed bylaw to be consistent with the “District of Mission Official Community Plan Bylaw 5670-2017” as per the conditions established by Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act.
The District of Mission is providing notice of its intent to consider third reading of the following proposed bylaw (below) at its regular Council meeting to be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 6, 2020 in the Council Chambers located at 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC.

SUBJECT PROPERTY: 34219 LAXTON STREET
1 – DISTRICT OF MISSION ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 5948-2020-5050(383)
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone a portion of the subject property located at 34219 Laxton Street (shown on the maps below) from the Rural 16 (RU16) Zone to the Rural Residential 7 Secondary Dwelling (RR7s) Zone to allow a proposed 2-lot subdivision with a secondary dwelling use permitted on the proposed northeastern lot.
