Our friendly reception staff can help you create a Mission Parks, Recreation and Culture's Xplor Recreation account via. email leisureservices@mission.ca, or visit the Mission Leisure Centre. Must supply government-issued ID.
Once created, you will receive an email from your account with instructions, a link to the login page, and a temporary password.
Log in to your online Xplor Recreation account by navigating to the login page.
Enter your username and password.

Program registration is ongoing, or else you can register up to 5 days in advance for all our single session drop-in programming.

Know the Event ID Code
Each program offered through Mission Parks, Recreation and Culture has a designated barcode number. This reference number enables fast and easy access to program information. When searching for programs you are interested in, please remember to make note of the code to help speed up the registration process.
Programs
Pro-rated refunds may be granted, upon request, prior to the 3rd class or 25% of the program duration, whichever is less. Some exceptions may apply prior to the start of the 1st class. See registration confirmation for more information.
After the 3rd class, pro-rated credit/refund may be granted upon request, due to illness or injury, with a doctor's note. Canskate after the 2nd class.
Single Session Programs, Private Lesson sessions, Personal Training sessions, Birthday Parties, Advance Aquatics and First Aid
These programs/sessions are subject to 72 hours' notice prior to the start of the session to qualify for a refund or credit.
Club K.I.D.S. and Day Camps
These programs follow specific registration and withdrawal guidelines - please refer to our online Club K.I.D.S. page for more information.
Passes
Passes will be suspended or a pro-rated refund/credit issued with valid medical note. Unexpected emergencies may also qualify for a pro-rated refund with appropriate documentation at the discretion of Management.
Merchandise
Refund, credit or exchange is permitted granted items are returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, and with a receipt.
Some courses fill quickly. Staff review the wait-lists for courses and if possible will add an extra class. Please add your name to a wait-list if you are unable to register.
Other courses regrettably get cancelled if registration is too low, so don't wait until the last minute to register as you may be disappointed. For everyone's safety, in the event of poor weather (snow, ice, etc.) programs may be cancelled. Every effort will be made to contact registrants - check your email regularly.
Be sure to check your receipt for important information about your program.
Your feedback is important. Please take the time to fill out an evaluation at the end of the programs. Feedback forms are available at the front reception counter.
