Water Restrictions

While our water system can easily meet average day demands, our summer demands can be much higher. Water restrictions are in place to benefit the whole community and ensure that we continue to have a reliable quantity of water available all summer.

Lawn Watering Permits

During Stage 1, a permit is required for additional lawn watering outside of the restrictions listed below. Permits will not be issued for stages 2-4.

  • Permits are valid for 2 consecutive weeks.
  • Lawn watering (automatic) is permitted only between the hours of 5:00 am to 7:00 am daily and manual lawn watering is permitted only between the hours of 6:00am to 9:00am daily.
  • A Permit must be posted in a location visible from the road for the entire duration.
  • To avoid damaging your Permit, please place it in plastic covering.

Water restrictions start annually on May 1, 2024. We are currently in Stage 1. In this stage, residential lawn watering is allowed one morning per week. Even addresses water on Saturday and odd addresses water on Sunday. Manual watering is permitted between 6-9 am and automatic watering between 5-7 am.
