  1. ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6068-2021-5949(52) – File: R21-002

The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 8508 Nottman Street (shown on the maps below) from the Suburban 20 (S20) Zone to the Urban Compact 465 (UC465) Zone to facilitate a subsequent subdivision for 4 lots of a minimum 465 sq m (5,005 sq ft) lot size.

  1. ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6069-2021-5949(53)

The purpose of the Bylaw is to amend Zoning Bylaw 5949-2020 to allow the use of shipping containers for enclosed storage purposes when associated with an industrial, commercial, institutional, or agricultural principal use.

Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

Due to public health orders, the Public Hearing will be conducted virtually and live-streamed on the City’s website. The public may participate in the meeting via Zoom webinar (visit mission.ca/public-hearings for details and instructions), or provide comments to Council in writing.

All written comments should include the writer’s name and address, which will become part of the public record.  All written submissions must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, December 3, 2021.

Copies of the proposed bylaws and reports relevant to these bylaws may be inspected at the Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, BC, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, from Friday, November 19, 2021 to Monday, December 6, 2021.
