About Wait Times
The City of Mission is a growing community. With this growth, the Building Division has seen an increase in applications. There are multiple applications that are assigned building permit numbers on any given day.
The date shown on this page and the frequency of when it changes is a reflection of the number of permits assigned a building permit number during that specific timeframe (which means there may be times where this date doesn’t change).
Important to note: The Building Department also reviews a variety of permit types in addition to Single Family Dwellings.
