Here's What You Need to Know
Annual Home Owner Grant Applications: Submit directly to the Province of BC. Claim your Home Owner Grant online at gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant as soon as you receive your tax notice and then it’s done!
To Avoid the Penalty: Payments and eligible Home Owner Grant applications are due on or before Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
Online Banking Payments: Pay your property taxes online with your financial institution. Allow for your bank’s processing time.
