New Seats at the Clarke
The seating at the Clarke has served the community for the past 30 years, replacing the original seating is part of a comprehensive capital investment from the City of Mission and the Province of BC Growing Communities Fund. This replacement project allows our audience, our patrons, and our supporters to add their legacy to the Clarke Theatre.

Our audience, patrons and supporters can be part of the Clarke Theatre legacy and leave their mark at the Clarke by becoming a seat sponsor.
Seat sponsorship offers a meaningful and lasting way to leave your mark in this world-class facility. By sponsoring a seat, you have the opportunity to place the name of your family, loved one, friend, community group, or a business on a plaque and in a place of pride and visibility.
Whether you’re commemorating a special occasion, honouring someone’s memory, or simply showing your support for the arts and community, your sponsorship creates a visible and enduring connection to a space that inspires and brings people together.
Sponsorship Details
Along with funding from the provincial and federal government, your sponsorship will help support the theatre for the next 30 years. Sponsors can select preferred seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat sponsorship is a naming opportunity and is not a reservation of the seat itself for programming. Sponsors must still purchase tickets to all performances and are not guaranteed seating in chairs bearing their names. All donors who sponsor a seat will have their names added to the Sponsor-a-Seat recognition board in the lobby of the theatre, and on the theatre website.
If you purchased the sponsorship of one of the original seats, those armrests are saved and will continue to be displayed.
$250 per seat (plus processing fees) includes:
- Personalized plaque mounted on the armrest of the chair.
- Name added to recognition board in the lobby and website.
- Plaque will remain in place for a minimum of 10 years.
- Tax receipts available.
- Rows and group sections of seats are available at reduced rates.

- View the available seats. Sponsors can select preferred seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Select the seat to reserve it for your very own name plaque arm rest.
- Book it!
- Once your order is placed and payment is received, your sponsored seat will be reserved! You will be contacted to provide the message for the armrest. Official tax receipts will be issued in the fall (tax receipts don't include ticketing fees).
