Words are powerful. They can be used to inspire, to bring joy, but most importantly as a tool of self expression and healing. In this workshop we will be using poetry as a tool of self-reflection and connection to express thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Each participant will leave with an inspirational writing, a unique experience, as well as personal tools to help them express and heal through poetry. Program fee will be refunded upon attending the class.
