Just over two weeks until our final Mission Coffee House Concert Series show of this season, and it's going to be a truly epic performance!
Mission Coffee House Concert Series is pleased to present the phenomenal Jack Garton and son, Elijah Hamer Garton, at the acoustically renowned Clarke Theatre Cafetorium.
Jack Garton’s show is a blend of folk and roots, steeped heavily in the rockabilly and doo-wop that were his first musical loves. Jack has performed solo and with many beloved bands and theatre companies throughout North America and Europe, and featured recently in the Firehall Arts Centre’s production of Chelsea Hotel: The Songs Of Leonard Cohen (Feb 2024).
“Jack Garton’s music and presentation defies folk labels and categories. He delivers Freakin’ Free Flowing Fun Folk music! Jack is above all else an exceptional entertainer and an audience connector. He can go from insightful and vulnerable to astounding in the blink of an accordion or trumpet note or a leap from the audience to the stage.”
– Stu Muir, Artistic Director – New Moon Folk Club
