As a proud event sponsor of MissionFest, the City of Mission is pleased to host a variety of engagement and learning opportunities, including:

Engage Mission (Community Booth Zone, between Welton and Grand)

Engage Mission is your community engagement program. Drop by to meet the Official Community Plan Update project team and share your feedback on how you think Mission should grow into the future.

Ever wondered about traffic and transportation in Mission? Participate in our new Transportation Talks session where we have members of our knowledgeable and friendly Transportation Division available to answer questions about transportation projects and how the city plans improvements.

Members of Council will also be available for their popular Council Café series from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Stop by to say hi, ask a question or share an idea with Councillor Elias or Councillor Gill, neighbour to neighbour.

Environmental Services (Community Booth Zone, between Welton and Grand)

From water conservation to bear aware, our Environmental Services team has fun and engaging displays, handouts, and games for residents of all ages to enjoy.

Mission Fire Rescue Services (James Street)

Get an up-close look at one of our fire trucks! It's a great opportunity to learn about the equipment Mission Fire Rescue Service uses, the techniques we employ to keep the community safe, and the brave firefighters who serve you every day. Bring the whole family for a hands-on experience that kids and adults alike will love.
